MOV Moreno Valley PAMS Site Surface Data Notes Data reporting started: August 1, 2008 (data collection started July 29) Data collection has been on-going at this site for some time but the processing and posting of the data here begins on the above date. It was noted during the data validation performed during August 2009 that the solar radiation measurements were about 10% lower than other sites. This will be verified at the audit. A power failure at the site in late July 2009 and into August 2009 stopped the logging of the data. When the data logging resumed the data record numbers started with the sequence prior to the outage. Data records during the outage were filled in a simple sequence just to keep the placeholders and should not be considered to be data out of order. Review of the data through January 2011 shows the RH to have maximum readings of about 90%. Thus, at the high values it may be reading somewhat low. A review of the response has shown a drop over the last couple of years in this maximum value. April 14, 2011 -- Aspirator monitoring modules have been installed and as of this date it was noted that the aspirator was not functioning. Servicing will be performed soon, but this may account for the RH values not going above 90%. This would also put a question on the temperature and RH data. May 3, 2011 -- The 2011 data file now includes the last field for the aspirator current. In the months prior to the data logger program uploading an empty field will be in the file (only a comma). During the installation month the values for aspirator current will appear. The aspirator was not repaired until April 23, 2011.
