| This site has
been prepared to provide near-real time access to data
collected at various SCAQMD operated meteorological
stations. The site is evolving and will be changed
frequently. It is prepared and operated by T&B
Systems in Valencia, California under contract to the
SCAQMD.
The available data now includes comma
delimited ASCII files that can be readily loaded into
spreadsheets. These have been indicated by "Annual
ASCII" in the respective years and sites. The data
format description can be found by downloading the
respective "Docs" file. All data collected have
been included in this file. However, only those
variables presented in the "PDF" format should be used
for any analysis. That data set has gone through
the more extensive validation process. For
example, the reported sonic anemometer wind gust at
Desert Hot Springs occasionally spikes to unreasonable
numbers and these values have not been screened and
removed.
All data
presented are in raw, unvalidated form and are for
informational purposes only. The SCAQMD and
T&B Systems provides no guarantee as to the
accuracy of the data posted to this site.
